Job summary

A healthcare services provider in Singapore is seeking an energetic Administrative Assistant to manage clinic operations and provide administrative support. Responsibilities include handling reception duties, preparing patient records, and assisting with billing and insurance claims. The ideal candidate has a diploma, at least 2 years of administration experience, and is fluent in English and ideally Mandarin or Malay. Strong team players with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Job Scope include:

Responsible to ensure that clinic operations for all 3 clinics are run smoothly and efficiently together with Nurse Manager/ Staff Nurses/Clinic Admin team in accordance with company policies, values and standards.

Main duties:
  • Responsible for independently carrying out all reception, billing and cashiering duties, including patient registrations, appointment scheduling using clinic management system and attending to patients’ requests, including hospital-related enquiries
  • Prepare patient records, follow up on investigations and reports for doctor’s consultation, and maintain/update records and filing system, scanning of patient records
  • Prepare insurance forms or claims for submission to insurance companies/third parties
  • Type letters, medical reports, respond to email queries, submit vaccination records
  • Other admin work including stock taking, ordering of stationery etc
Candidate’s profiles:
  • Minimum a Diploma from a recognised institution in Singapore
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in administration. Experience in healthcare is an advantage
  • Able to write and speak well in English, Mandarin and/or Malay
  • Knowledge on Microsoft Office applications
  • Positive attitude and adaptability
  • Strong team player and adaptable
  • Good communication skills
