Job summary

Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations for our specialist clinics to ensure efficiency, compliance, and high-quality patient care.

  • Maintain accurate medical records and case notes in full PDPA compliance, create new files, control access, retrieve and re-file promptly.

  • Handle front desk operation including patient registration, payments collection, appointment booking, and basic financial counselling.

  • Monitor inventory of medical supplies and consumables; perform ordering and receiving; maintain inventory logs.

  • Maintain accurate medical records with full PDPA compliance; control access and filing.

  • Managing third party insurance claims, Medisave claims, Medishield claims, procurement

and maintenance functions, and licensing documentation.

  • Support Doctor during consultations and minor procedures, chaperone when required; assist within competency.

  • Prepare consultation rooms, check equipment and consumables; uphold cleanliness and infection-prevention standards.

  • Ensure availability and proper functioning of payment terminals and essential clinic systems.

  • Dispense medications in accordance with clinic guidelines, policies and procedures.

  • Uphold high standard of service quality and patient safety.

  • Perform any other duties to be assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Minimum NITEC or equivalent.

  • Experience in healthcare settings and the ability to perform Phlebotomy would be an advantage.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-focused approach.

  • Good customer-service mindset.

  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.

  • Willing to work shift schedules, including weekends.
