Clinic Admin Assistant (1-Year Contract, Renewable)

(ENTRY LEVEL!)

Location: Paragon / Orchard

Pay: $13.53/hr

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage front desk during morning health screening (registration, queue flow, and data verification)
  • Ensure patients move smoothly through the screening and check-in process
  • Prepare and check patient forms/folders before consultation
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the clinic team
  • Organize, maintain, and retrieve patient records when needed
  • Scan, upload, and archive documents into the electronic filing system
  • Sort, label, pack, and move physical files between clinic areas and storage rooms (light carrying and bending involved)
  • Transfer bundles/boxes of archived records to storage areas
  • Use basic office equipment (computers, scanners, etc.)
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of patient information at all times
  • Assist with any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Able to perform both desk-based admin work and light physical tasks (e.g., moving files)
  • Organized and detail-oriented in handling documents and records
  • Comfortable communicating with visitors and patients during morning front desk hours
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a weekday schedule (Mon–Fri)
  • Able to handle confidential information with care and professionalism
