Qualifications

• At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in client management, operation or supply chain related functions.
• Proficient in English both written and spoken.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with logistics for incoming shipment tracking.
• Identify key service areas and KPIs for monthly reporting.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to resolve issues.
• Work with finance to ensure timely service fee claims.
• Initiate process improvement projects for client operations.
