Position Title: Client Solutions Manager

Responsibilities
- Support client engagements from initial discussions through proposal development and contract award, including participation in client meetings
- Contribute to the development of commercial value propositions focused on energy efficiency, zero-capex structures, and performance-based models
- Prepare and organize proposals, presentations, concept notes, and commercial documentation
- Coordinate client follow-ups, action items, and ongoing communications to ensure momentum
- Track and maintain visibility of active opportunities and sales pipeline status
- Assist with market research, prospect identification, and business development pipeline support
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, and workshops across regional business development activities in Southeast Asia
- Act as a liaison between clients, technical teams, and external partners to align commercial and technical inputs
- Support commercial and operational tracking, including fees, milestones, invoicing assistance, and documentation management
- Assist with light‑touch marketing efforts, including external communications, LinkedIn content, and consistent brand messaging
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in a commercial, advisory, business development, consulting, or project‑facing role, preferably with exposure to property, facilities management, engineering, energy, infrastructure, or real estate.
- Demonstrated_var commercial acumen, with a solid understanding of value creation, pricing logic, and client drivers
- Clear, structured communicator with strong organisational skills and a high level of reliability
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and working closely with a CEO in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- Able to operate effectively amid ambiguity, manage changing priorities, and take proactive ownership of work
- Ambitious, professional, and credible, with a growth‑oriented mindset and willingness to go beyond a narrowly defined role
