Job Description

The Client Solutions Expert is responsible for successful client operations. This role collaborates closely with internal and external teams to deliver top-tier campaign strategy services and results.

1. Collaborate with sales and related internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution;

2. Engage actively with clients for campaign optimization and upsell opportunities;

3. Act as the communication bridge between clients and the product team;

4. Assist with troubleshooting alongside the product and R&D teams when needed;

5. Monitor, analyze, and enhance campaign performance;

6. Communicate with clients to strengthen our advertising offerings;

7. Support hashtag or influencer marketing activities as required;

8. Potentially lead and evaluate team success.

Job Requirements:

1. Over 5 years of experience in service and revenue-generating organizations;

2. Extensive experience in building strong client relationships and managing campaigns;

3. Experience delivering tech solutions to non-tech clients;

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

5. Fluency in English, both spoken and written;

6. Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
