Job summary

A leading financial institution in Singapore seeks a professional to support Wealth Advisors in managing client inquiries and the onboarding process. The role requires a minimum of 5-7 years' experience in wealth management or private banking, a Diploma or Bachelor's degree, and certification in CACS. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are essential. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and proactive to contribute effectively to the team.

Job Purpose


  • Attending to client and prospect inquiries about the branch’s WM proposition and processes

  • Providing assistance to the Account Opening/ CDD teams in Singapore and Dubai as well as frontline Relationship Managers and Wealth Advisors seeking to streamline the onboarding experience for clients. This includes helping with

    • Name Screening & Source of Wealth corroboration

    • Periodic CDD reviews and updates



  • Providing assistance to Wealth Advisors on a day-to-day basis with client inquiries, updation of client KYC documentation, sharing of documentation between teams in Dubai and Singapore, etc.

  • Managing administrative tasks on behalf of the Wealth Advisors including systems access, control assessment testing, client facing stationery, etc.

  • Assisting Wealth Advisors with taking client orders for new Investments & Lending transactions, managing the suitability and other pre-sale risk & compliance checks, post trade updates to clients and other stakeholders in Dubai

  • Monitoring clients’ deposit and loan maturities, roll overs, repayments, etc.

  • Assisting Wealth Advisors to prepare for Portfolio reviews with clients

  • Assisting in the management of various regulatory & control aspects of the WM business e.g. Vulnerabilty assessments, client instructions, credit review documentation, etc.

  • Collaborating with other departments in the SG branch and the Head office in order to farther achievement of branch goals whilst promoting SG WM goals


Requirements


  • Min a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree. Diploma in Wealth Management is desirable.

  • At least 5-7 years in the private bank or wealth management unit.

  • Certification in CACS Paper 1 & 2.

  • Well versed with the regulatory regime (local & global).

  • Self Motivated individual, proactiveness, strong team player, and able to meet tight deadlines and multi-task.

  • Meticulous with a strong attention to detail

  • Able to start work immediately
