A leading physiotherapy clinic in Singapore is seeking a full-time Client Experience Officer who thrives in a team setting. Embrace Physiotherapy is Singapore’s only Physiotherapy clinic dedicated to women. By providing Women’s Health and Pelvic Physiotherapy services we support women in health and wellbeing across the lifespan with empathy, to educate and empower them to embrace a life they desire.

Embrace Physiotherapy is looking for mission driven, empathetic Client Experience Officer’s (CEO) in a full-time role to join our team. The position requires someone who is a “people person”, with a knack for organization and is task orientated.

As a Client Experience Officer you will have the opportunity to work in a small, tight-knit team supported by the manager and founder. There are opportunities for growth for the right candidates within the releams of operations, business development and marketing.

Things you will be responsible for:
  • Patient Nurturing: Ensuring that our patients have an incredible experience each time they visit the clinic.
  • Tower of Support: Ensuring that the physiotherapy team is well-supported so that they can create amazing outcomes for our patients.
  • Efficiency on Reception: Delivering awesome service with efficiency and style, following our systems and procedures.
  • Organization Whiz: Ensuring our clinic space and calendar are clean and maximised to help all the patients we care for.

Start date is August/September 2024 and the roles do require rostered Saturday’s with adhoc leave coverage.
