ADDX is seeking a sales‑driven and purpose‑led Client Account Manager with up to 4 years of experience in financial services or fintech. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in sales and client relationship management, who are passionate about private markets and alternative investments.
As a Client Account Manager, you will cultivate relationships with accredited investors, manage a diverse client portfolio, and help drive user adoption of ADDX’s investment platform. You’ll also play a key role in providing feedback to continuously enhance our digital client experience.
Proactively identify and acquire new accredited investors who align with ADDX’s mission and investment philosophy.
Drive sales through consultative selling, outbound outreach, and targeted campaigns.
Build trusted relationships with clients, particularly top‑tier investors, acting as their main point of contact.
Understand client objectives and provide tailored investment solutions.
Identify strategic partnership and referral opportunities to expand ADDX’s client base.
Share client insights to influence product, marketing, and platform strategies.
Provide responsive and high‑quality client support.
Troubleshoot issues and ensure investor satisfaction across the investment journey.
Stay informed on market trends and investment opportunities, particularly in the private markets space.
Use industry knowledge to anticipate client needs and provide proactive advice.
Work with teams across product, marketing, operations, and compliance to improve the client experience.
Feed insights back into product development and user journey enhancements.
Uphold regulatory standards and participate in ongoing training and compliance initiatives.
