Full-Time Floater Supervisor (Cleaning Services)

Location: Kallang (Will be going to various locations)

Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

  • No experience required for this role
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily cleaning operations across multiple client sites
  • Step in to cover sites during staff shortages, leave, or absenteeism
  • Ensure cleaning staff follow approved procedures, schedules, and safety standards
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
  • Train, guide, and motivate cleaning staff on‑site
  • Monitor attendance, performance, and proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
  • Handle client or site feedback and report issues to management
Requirements
  • Previous experience in cleaning operations is preferred
  • Able to commit to the above working schedule
  • Willingness to travel between multiple sites
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment
  • Able to meet the physical requirements of the role
  • Valid driver’s license (preferred)
