About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Boon Poh Refuse Disposal Pte. Ltd. in the Changi East Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily cleaning operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained across our facilities.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervising and directing a team of cleaning staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard


2. Developing and implementing cleaning schedules and procedures to optimise productivity and quality


3. Inspecting work areas to identify any issues or areas for improvement and taking corrective action as needed


4. Providing hands-on support and training to the cleaning team to continuously improve their skills and performance


5. Liaising with clients and other departments to understand their cleaning requirements and address any concerns


6. Monitoring and reporting on cleaning activity, budgets, and performance metrics


7. Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for
