Overview

The supervision of cleaning supervisors and cleaning staff on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and their behaviour whilst on duty. Ensuring good standard cleaning service.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and review monthly work schedules.
  • Ordering of all cleaning materials.
  • Monitoring of all cleaning activities.
  • Ensuring all staff are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Improve the current workflow and optimize processes.
  • Work both as a leader and hands-on expert across projects to assist junior team members and delivering results for clients.
  • Improve, manage and maintain the budget tracking process.
  • Establish best in class standards and quality of work across all projects.
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment under constant tight labour situation.
  • Team leadership and mentoring experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a cleaning environment and managing a team.
