Job summary

A leading marine services company is seeking a reliable driver in Singapore to transport workers and materials safely. Responsibilities include picking up workers, delivering materials to various sites, and maintaining the vehicle. Candidates should have a valid Class 3 driving licence, effective communication skills in English, and be ready to work 5.5 days a week, including weekends and holidays. Forklift licence is a plus, and only applicants who are Singaporeans, Permanent Residents, or Long Term holders will be considered.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.
• Able to drive home and park a 10-footer lorry.
• Possessing a forklift licence is an advantage.
• At least a secondary school graduate and able to communicate in English.
• Willing to work 5.5 days per week, including holidays and weekends.
• Open to Singaporeans, Permanent Residents, and Long Term holders only.

Responsibilities

• Pick up workers from dorm to work sites and back.
• Collect materials and deliver to various work sites.
• Maintain vehicle and submit daily logs.
• Assist in workshop tasks as needed.

• Pick up workers from dorm to work sites and back, and ensure safe transport at all times.
• Collect materials and deliver to shipyard, port and other work sites and ensure complete documentation.
• Maintain vehicle, submit daily logs and follow road safety at all times.
• Assist in workshop receiving, checking and packing when required
• Perform any other related duties as and when assigned.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence
• Able to drive home and park a 10-footer lorry
• Possess valid forklift licence will be an advantage
• At least a secondary school graduate and able to communicate English clearly with workers
• Willing and able to work 5.5 days per week, during holidays and weekends to meet vessel schedule
• Open to Singaporeans, Permanent Resident and Long Term holder only
