Job summary

A civil engineering consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate to assist in the design, analysis, and detailing of various building and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include carrying out civil and structural design, preparing design calculations, and coordinating with clients and contractors. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in C&S consultancy firm.
• Experienced understanding of BCA submission process and local codes.
• Prior experience with ERSS, temporary works, or landed housing.

Responsibilities

• Carry out civil and structural design according to Singapore Standards and Eurocodes.
• Prepare design calculations, technical reports, and detailed drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, M&E consultants, and contractors.
• Attend site visits, meetings, and inspections when required.
• Support PE in submission to BCA and other authorities.
• Ensure timely delivery of design documents within project timeline.
• Willing to work long hours in order to comply with timeline.
