Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore seeks a Drafter with a Diploma or Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. The role involves drafting and detailing architectural and structural drawings, managing CAD and BIM models, and coordinating with project teams on tenders and construction drawings. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience in design coordination and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. A fast-paced environment requires a good team player with excellent planning and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in design coordination.
• Knowledge of CAD and BIM Revit model for C&S works is essential.
• Ability to manage modelling and drafting works effectively.

• Responsible for general drafting work including detailing of architectural, civil, structural and related drawings from design drafts.
• Production of drawings on CAD and BIM Revit model for C&S works.
• Prepare and update 3D BIM model for submissions.
• Prepare draft outline and detailed drawings to the appropriate scale for planning submissions and construction purposes.
• Coordinate with project team on tender and construction drawings.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or other relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant experience in design coordination, preferably on different scales of projects in construction industry.
• Good knowledge of software such as Revit, AutoCAD.
• Good planning skills in managing modelling and drafting works.
• Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
