Job summary

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all site activities to ensure smooth project execution in accordance with LTA requirements.

• Monitor construction progress, quality, and safety on-site.

• Review technical drawings and ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.

• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

• Prepare site reports, method statements, and other relevant documentation.

• Ensure adherence to LTA safety, environmental, and quality standards.

• Attend meetings and communicate project updates to the Project Engineer or Project Manager.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant site experience, with at least 2 years on LTA projects in Singapore.

• Solid understanding of LTA project specifications, procedures, and submission processes.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and other engineering tools/software.
