Job description

To supports the Project Manager by overseeing technical aspects, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence, handling RFIs/submittals, coordinating teams (architects, contractors, owners), inspecting work for code compliance, managing documentation, and assisting with permits and cost control, bridging office management with hands‑on site execution. They act as a technical expert, ensuring projects are built safely, on time, and to spec.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Review plans, specs, and designs, provide technical guidance, inspect work for quality and code compliance.
  • Liaise with owners, designers, contractors, and field teams; manage RFIs (Requests for Information) and submittals.
  • Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, scheduling, bid analysis, and change order management.
  • Maintain project records, plrogress reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Implement safety protocols; monitor quality control metrics.
  • Help secure necessary building permits.
  • Generate and track RFls, submittals, and change orders.
  • Conduct constructability reviews and site inpsections.
  • Resikve cibfkucts between stakeholders.
  • Assist with procurement of materials and equipment.
  • Strong problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills.
