Job description

• Permanent position, Salary up to $4,000

Teaching & Learning

• Conduct engaging and interactive Chinese lessons for preschool and primary-level students based on centre curriculum.
• Deliver lessons that build students’ speaking, reading, and writing confidence while cultivating love for the Chinese language.
• Prepare lesson materials, teaching aids, and assessments; maintain accurate student progress records.
• Differentiate teaching according to student ability and learning style.
• Participate in curriculum development, internal training, and academic research to improve teaching quality.
• Provide constructive feedback and regular progress updates to parents.
• Support centre events such as trial classes, performances, and open houses.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Chinese Language, Education, Linguistics, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant teaching experience in enrichment, tuition, or MOE school settings.
• Familiar with Singapore MOE Chinese syllabus and PSLE exam requirements.
• Passionate about teaching and enjoys working with children.
• Bilingual in Chinese and English as the role required in teaching Chinese language.
• Required to work on weekends; weekday off-days provided.
