We are an international educational institution based in Singapore, committed to delivering high-quality Chinese language education. We are seeking an experienced, bilingual (Chinese-English) Senior Chinese Language Teacher to design and teach Chinese courses for students of different age groups (K-12 or adult learners), helping them achieve comprehensive language proficiency and cultural literacy.

1. Curriculum Design & Teaching Delivery
   Develop and enhance Chinese language programs in alignment with the Singapore Ministry of Education (MOE) syllabus or international standards (e.g., IB/IGCSE).
   Employ diverse teaching methodologies (e.g., immersive, task-based learning) to ensure interactive and engaging lessons.
2. Student Assessment & Feedback
   Design periodic assessments to evaluate student progress and provide personalized learning recommendations.
   Maintain regular communication with parents to discuss student performance and improvement strategies.
3. Cross-Cultural Teaching & Resource Development
   Integrate Chinese and Western cultural elements into lessons, catering to Singapore’s bilingual education context.
   Contribute to the development of school-based teaching materials and digital learning resources.
4. Collaboration & Institutional Support
   Assist in organizing Chinese cultural activities (e.g., speech contests, cultural festivals) to promote language and heritage.
   Mentor junior teachers, sharing expertise to foster team growth.
