We’re seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer to lead the development of transformative solutions in digital payments, FX, and cross-border payments infrastructure. The role will focus on pioneering technologies such as blockchain and AI-driven FX models, with a mandate to build scalable, high-impact capabilities for the future of financial services.

As Chief Technology Officer, you will define the technical strategy, build a high-performing engineering team, and lead the development of modular, cloud-native MVPs with global impact. This is a rare opportunity to shape the technical foundation of a strategic growth initiative at the forefront of cross-border financial innovation.

What You'll Do

• Architect and deliver scalable MVPs across blockchain, AI/ML, and FX domains
• Build and lead a team of engineers across backend, frontend, DevOps, and specialised domains (AI, Web3)
• Implement modern DevSecOps practices and scalable APIs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Ops, and Risk teams
• Ensure compliance with data security and local regulatory standards (e.g., MAS)

What You Bring

• Proven hands-on leadership in building and scaling early-stage products or innovation teams
• Deep expertise in cloud-native systems (AWS/GCP), APIs, microservices, and emerging fintech technologies (Web3, open banking, stablecoins, AI/ML)
• A startup mindset with enterprise-grade governance know-how
• Strong track record in regulated environments with secure coding and compliance awareness
• Experience in Singapore’s innovation ecosystem (e.g., MAS/EDB) is a plus
