Role Overview

The CTO will define and execute a holistic technology roadmap enabling business growth, operational excellence, and innovation. This role encompasses IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, ERP systems, and emerging technologies, ensuring robust, secure, and scalable technology solutions globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Technology Strategy & Leadership: Define and drive global technology vision aligned with business goals. Partner with executive leadership to prioritize technology investments.
• IT Infrastructure & Operations: Oversee global IT infrastructure, cloud, networks, and systems to ensure high availability, scalability, and efficiency.
• Cybersecurity & Risk Management: Establish a robust cybersecurity framework, data privacy policies, and disaster recovery/business continuity plans.
• Applications & ERP: Lead enterprise application strategy, including ERP, TMS, WMS, and other mission-critical systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimization.
• Innovation & Digital Transformation: Identify and implement emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, robotics) to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Team Leadership & Development: Build and mentor a high-performing global technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
• Vendor & Budget Management: Manage vendor relationships, technology budgets, and IT investments to maximize ROI.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure all technology systems comply with regulatory standards and internal governance policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CTO or senior technology leader in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
• Deep expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP systems, and enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation, cloud technologies, AI/ML, and emerging tech in logistics.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute technology strategies that drive business outcomes globally.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
