Job description

Responsibilities:

• Working with the GM and the broader leadership team to define the overall strategy, operating model and financial modelling for Airwallex in Singapore

• Translating the Airwallex's strategy into a prioritised list of initiatives and OKRs

• Taking direct accountability for driving the most critical/complex special projects

• Establishing and running the operating cadence for Airwallex

• Co-ordinating with colleagues across functional areas and Airwallex globally to enable us to deliver against our commercial, product and operational priorities

• Analysing commercial and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement
