A fast-growing consumer fintech is hiring a Chief Marketing Officer to lead its growth and brand marketing strategy across Southeast Asia and beyond. The company is redefining financial access through early wage access and financial wellness tools - empowering consumers to take control of their finances with flexibility and confidence.

As CMO, you’ll take full ownership of the marketing function, leading both growth and brand strategy. You’ll drive user acquisition, shape the company’s market narrative, and build frameworks for data-driven performance and retention. This is a hands‑on leadership role that combines creative brand storytelling with analytical, results‑oriented execution. You’ll work closely with the founding team and oversee a lean, high‑performing team of growth, performance, and creative leads.

The ideal candidate has led marketing for consumer‑facing businesses in fast‑moving digital environments, preferably those from a subscription‑based model platform. You bring deep experience in paid digital acquisition in consumer platform and scaling across emerging markets, particularly in Southeast Asia. You’re comfortable operating in a lean, remote‑first environment and know how to balance brand building with performance‑driven results.
