A multinational quick service restaurant company seeks a Chief Marketing Officer to lead brand and marketing efforts across North Asia. This position is based in Singapore with travel required to partner markets.

The Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector has witnessed massive shifts in consumer behaviour in the past few years, to which organizations leaned in to effective supply chain management as a vital enabler to ensure that we respond to rapidly-changing needs with resilience, sustainability and customer satisfaction at heart. This is a key agenda for KFC Asia as we establish a Supply Chain organization that will support our mission in enabling growth and accelerate the progress of our “Recipe for Good.”
The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of KFC North Asia is a senior leadership role responsible for advancing the KFC brand and business across the region in partnership with four major franchise organizations. This role requires a balance of strategic vision, commercial acumen, and exceptional influencing skills to achieve success in a fully franchised business model.
The role is based in Singapore with travel required to our partner markets.
Leading a talented team of six, the CMO will influence, guide, and support partners in delivering marketing strategies that drive both long-term brand equity and short-term business performance.
Organization supported : KFC, North Asia Franchise Business Unit (2000+ restaurants). Business Unit includes KFC Japan, KFC Korea, KFC Taiwan, KFC HK, KFC Mongolia, KFC Guam and Saipan.
