Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of buy-side or high-quality sell-side investment research experience with leadership responsibility.
• Strong track record of investment insight generation and contribution to portfolio performance.
• Deep understanding of financial markets, valuation techniques, and risk management principles.

Responsibilities

• Define research priorities, coverage universe, and analytical standards aligned with firm-wide investment objectives.
• Establish and maintain a robust research process, including idea generation, due diligence, and valuation methodologies.
• Partner closely with Portfolio Managers to provide high-conviction investment ideas and risk-adjusted return insights.
• Present research views, portfolio implications, and market outlooks to investment committees and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with internal investment policies, regulatory requirements, and best-practice governance.
