We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) to provide executive leadership and drive transformation initiatives in human resource management and development at the assigned SingHealth Institution. You will report to the Chief Executive Officer at the assigned SingHealth Institution and have matrix reporting to the Group Chief Human Resource Officer, SingHealth to develop and implement cutting-edge human resource strategies to enhance workforce agility and build an engaged workforce that delivers on SingHealth’s missions. You will oversee all aspects of human resource management and development, including manpower planning, talent acquisition and development, employee and industrial relations talent management and succession planning, leadership development, organisational design, retention, rewards and performance management, as well as change management.
You will be responsible for the full spectrum of human resource functions for SingHealth-employed nursing, pharmacy, allied health, administrative, ancillary and medical staff who are assigned to and/or hosted / working in the assigned SingHealth Institution. You will also work closely with heads of departments, heads of institutions and relevant stakeholders to provide human resource support that enables the delivery of seamless, quality patient care through an integrated care model in SingHealth and its institutions.
