• In charge of IPO and M&A matters for the company
• Responsible for all important financial transactions including borrowing, share issuance and share repurchases
• Budgeting and Financial Management
• Treasury Management
• Develop Enterprise Risk Framework and manage business risks
• Work with management teams
• Oversee legal contracts
• Investor relations
• SGX reporting
• Any adhoc duties as assigned
