The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy during a pivotal phase of corporate development. The successful candidate will play a critical role in guiding the company through potential future liquidity events, including a possible U.S. public listing or strategic sale. This position offers significant influence in shaping our global financial architecture and long‑term strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with corporate goals, including capital raising, investor relations, and risk management.
• Lead all aspects of financial planning, accounting, treasury, tax, and regulatory compliance across multiple international jurisdictions.
• Oversee preparation for potential future transactions such as IPOs, mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures, ensuring robust readiness in financial systems, controls, and reporting.
• Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and board on financial performance, growth initiatives, and market opportunities.
• Build and lead a high‑performing global finance team, fostering a culture of integrity, transparency, and operational excellence.
• Engage with institutional investors, investment banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies to uphold strong governance and stakeholder confidence.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior roles in multinational technology or energy‑related companies.
• Proven track record in leading successful IPOs (preferably in the U.S.) and/or complex M&A transactions within a global context.
• Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, SOX compliance, and international financial standards.
• Experience navigating financial operations across Asia, Europe, and the Americas; familiarity with Chinese corporate structures is advantageous.
• Strong strategic acumen, executive presence, and exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with global stakeholders.
• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification preferred.
