Responsibilities

• Overall leadership, strategic direction and sustainable performance of the organisation.
• Drives quality of care, regulatory compliance, business growth, financial sustainability, and stakeholder engagement across the organisation.
• Define, communicate and execute long-term vision, strategy and annual operating plan
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets and long-term capital plans
• Drive financial discipline, cost controls, and sustainable unit economics
• Conduct business reviews, financial forecasting, risk analysis and scenario planning
