Job summary

A local manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a Production Engineer to manage daily production processes and ensure quality output. This role involves participating in operations, conducting inspections, analyzing data, and collaborating with various teams. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering and at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the adhesive, paint, or chemical industry. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in manufacturing is required.
  • Experience in the adhesive, paint, or chemical industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage daily production processes.
  • Participate in production operations and equipment maintenance.
  • Perform routine inspections and calibrations on machinery.
  • Collect and analyze production data and prepare performance reports.
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
  • Adhere to safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with quality control and logistics teams.
  • Propose innovative ideas for continuous improvement.
