What you'll be doing


  • Support the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient service

  • Oversee food preparation and presentation according to company latest SOP

  • Train and guide junior kitchen staff

  • Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage of ingredients

  • Adhere to strict hygiene, safety, and sanitation practices in the kitchen

  • Maintaining grooming standard as per Company guidelines

  • Carry out any other culinary duties as per assigned by superior
