Job description

Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):

• Checking-in, greeting passengers upon their arrival and ensuring a smooth departure process
• Front desk duties in exclusive premier lounges
• Assist Duty Manager in daily deployment
• Guide, develop, motivate and mentor team members to upload the highest of service and discipline standards
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures

Requirements:

• Local Diploma in any discipline
• GCE N/O Level, Nitec or Higher Nitec will be considered for Customer Service Agent role instead
• Proficient in English and a second language for effective communication with international passengers
• Pleasant with a cheerful disposition and good interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with 6 days rotating shift (morning, afternoon and overnight shift)
