Job summary

  • Full spectrum of secretarial support to CEO.
  • Provide support to daily activities of the CEO including emails and meetings.
  • Prepare reports and presentation materials for CEO.
  • Arrange internal and external meetings.
  • Handle travel arrangements including flight reservations and visa applications.
  • Attend to CEO’s personal work.
