This is a hands‑on CEO role for an entrepreneurial doer who excels at building teams, systems and go‑to‑market capabilities from scratch, converting technical advantage into dependable revenue and measurable outcomes. The company is established in two key markets in South East Asia, with ambitions for further expansion in the region.

The organisation develops crop‑specific innovation solutions for growers with exciting global opportunities to be leveraged for key agrifood value chains seeking to decarbonise their value chains such as coffee. The company has developed proven industrial circular‑economy solutions for agribusinesses, combined with a distribution and service model tailored to small and mid‑sized operations across multiple markets, currently present in two markets in South East Asia.

Your remit will include refining and scaling repeatable commercial and operational frameworks, securing strategic partnerships, attracting growth capital, and leading international roll‑out—while maintaining close engagement with customers and local supply chains.
