You will be joining a new and exciting FMCG venture that is focused on Food & Beverages at the ground level as a Co-Founder. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build a consumer-facing brand from the ground up, with complete operational leadership, decision-making authority, and rewards based on equity.Your responsibilities will include leading the production setup, managing the supply chain and vendors, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements such as FSSAI, packaging, and documentation, collaborating on product development and go-to-market planning, optimizing manufacturing processes and quality control, as well as contributing to strategic decisions as a founding leader.We are looking for someone with at least 3-5 years of experience in the FMCG industry, particularly in food & beverage, who has a strong understanding of FSSAI regulations, logistics, vendor operations, and documentation. The ideal candidate should be passionate about startups, self-driven, and fully committed to owning and driving the journey forward.
