Our Client, a fast-growing Edu-Tech start-up, is looking for dynamic individuals to manage daily operations and student enrollment. You will work closely with the founding team to recommend coding programs to parents, track student progress, and ensure the smooth delivery of classes at the center.

Responsibilities
  • Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents to community
  • Share vision and recommend suitable coding programs for students
  • Support customer success initiatives like special programmes or competitions, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement
  • Maintain customer relationships and build a strong community. Act as parents’ advocate and manage relationships with them
  • Plan lead generation events with key partners like Parent Sharings, trial classes and make sure payment for classes are received
  • Work with the teaching team to assess the students and follow up with parents for conversion
  • Responsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g. sending out onboarding emails, data entry, sorting out data and research
  • Ensure that all customer information is properly documented and updated in our CRM system
  • Relationship manager for our community, continue to track the progress of students and maintain relationships with parents
Requirements
  • Commitment to a Friday–Tuesday work week to support the student community during peak weekend hours.
  • Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or team training is highly advantageous.
  • Skilled in assessing student progress and providing consultative advice to parents on suitable education paths.
Other Information
  • Location: Tampines
  • Working Days/Hours: 5 days (Friday to Tuesday, 9am to 6pm); Off days on Wednesday & Thursday
  • Salary: Up till S$4,000 + Quarterly Incentives + Yearly Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
