Job description

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients and vendors on the backend CCTV setup.
• CCTV backend router setup, knowledge of configuration of NVR, basic router configuration (Huawei), basic networking.
• Email setup based on Microsoft Apps
• Generate reports, maintain dashboards, update workflows, and track vendor productivity, vendor systems, and software and hardware requisitions.
• Work closely with the client to manage high-priority cases.
• Manage the productivity, performance, and service quality of the Contact Centre team.
• Work with respective stakeholders to ensure that all information is being cascaded accurately.
• Any ad hoc duties assign by supervisor
