Job Summary

Grow with our catering division, a known specialist in live catering stations, with options for buffets, bentos and ready to eat options. Saybons became 100% halal in Jul 2024, and we are looking to bolster the team to cater to the growth in demand.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and guide the catering sales support team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through effective supervision and motivation
  • Manage timely follow-up on key sales leads and corporate accounts to maximize conversion and revenue growth
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and kitchen teams to plan and execute promotions and launch new menus that drive customer engagement and sales
  • Prepare and analyze weekly sales reports and forecasts to inform strategic decision-making and operational planning
  • Resolve escalated customer enquiries promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of catering services and excellent customer experiences
  • Participate in occasional site meetings to oversee catering operations and support sales initiatives
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for food and commitment to contributing to the growth of a local food company
