Available Positions & Salary Range

Security Officer

• Experience: 2 – 3 years
• Basic Salary: $2,450 – $2,550/month

Senior Security Officer

• Experience: 4+ years
• Basic Salary: $2,870 – $3,200/month

Comprehensive Compensation Package (for both roles)

• Night Shift Allowance: $10 per night
• Overtime Pay: As per hours worked
• OT Incentive: $200 (Terms & Conditions apply)
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 (Disbursed in 3 tranches)
• AWS: 1 month salary
• Performance Bonus: 1–2 months (based on individual performance)

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
• Deliver professional customer service while managing incidents calmly
• Respond swiftly to emergencies and first aid situations
• Monitor crowd control, safety hazards, and surveillance systems
• Escort and transport valuables securely
• Assist with lost & found and ensure responsible handling of intoxicated guests

Job Requirements

• Valid PLRD License with at least 3 of 4 WSQ security modules completed
• Comfortable working rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Willing to operate in casino and smoking areas

Work Schedule

• 12-Hour Rotating Shifts: AM: 7:30AM – 8:00PM; PM: 7:30PM – 8:00AM
• Shift Pattern: 1 day shift → 1 night shift → 2 days off
• ~ 15 working days per month
