Job Description: Cashier – Drink Stall

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Cash Handling & Transactions

• Accurately collect payments from customers (cash, card, or e‑payment).

• Issue receipts and provide correct change.

• Reconcile cash and sales at the end of the shift.

2. Customer Service

• Greet customers politely and respond to basic inquiries.

• Ensure a positive and smooth customer experience at the counter.

3. Order Coordination (if applicable)

• Communicate orders clearly to the drink preparation staff.

• Ensure that the correct drinks are prepared for each customer.

4. Hygiene & Cleanliness

• Maintain cleanliness of the cash counter and surrounding area.

• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.

5. Inventory Support

• Notify supervisor when stock of cups, straws, or other consumables is low.

• Assist in receiving and storing supplies if required.

6. Teamwork & Reporting

• Coordinate with drink makers and supervisor to ensure smooth operations.

• Report any discrepancies, equipment issues, or operational problems to the supervisor.

Remuneration Package

• Basic Salary: $2,350 per month

• Transport Allowance: $50 per month

• Performance Allowance: $100 per month

• Total Monthly Compensation: $2,500
