Assist the Director in identifying, monitoring, communicating, and reviewing the department's performance and outcome indicators to ensure goals are achieved effectively and efficiently.
Strategically plan and review resource allocation (manpower and financial) to support competing departmental objectives.
Develop and implement the TWSH Framework with an emphasis on Occupational Health and Staff Protection.
Lead the Secretariat for the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Council and Occupational Health (OH) Committee.
Oversee the planning and implementation of new TWSH initiatives, from conceptualisation to execution.
Evaluate the effectiveness of TWSH programmes and drive continuous improvement to meet the organisation's objectives.
Supervise the operations of the Occupational Health Clinic to ensure seamless service delivery and safeguard staff safety and well-being.
Oversee the Staff Protection Office, focusing on preventing and managing staff abuse or harassment by external parties, including post-incident management and preventive measures such as training and education.
Lead and participate in organisation-wide projects as assigned.
Support emergency planning exercises and provide assistance during organisational emergencies or incidents when required.
Carry out any other duties assigned by the Reporting Officer.
