Responsibilities
- Oversee the booking and estate management of shared campus facilities, including the auditorium, arts centre, sports hall, swimming pool, futsal court and tennis courts.
- Identify opportunities to drive external bookings (e.g., concerts, workshops, conferences, events) and manage booking arrangements for internal users and external parties.
- Provide logistical support for external events and programmes held on campus.
- Supervise a team of cleaners, ensuring proper training, performance, and overall campus cleanliness.
- Liaise with contractors on estate maintenance, repairs, and improvement works.
- Manage communication with external hirers regarding booking details, facility usage and payment matters.
- Coordinate booking schedules for internal departments and external users.
- Support campus finance matters, including annual budgeting, expenditure tracking and fixed asset management; provide quarterly updates on income and expenditure trends to management.
- Serve as Safe Management Officer when required, including planning, coordinating and implementing safety measures in accordance with regulatory requirements during health and safety incidents.
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma in any discipline; applicants without a Diploma but with relevant experience may also be considered.
- At least 5 years of working experience, preferably in marketing, logistics, or estate/facilities management.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong organisational skills with good interpersonal and communication abilities.
