Job summary

A leading educational security firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual to manage student discipline and case management. Ideal candidates will have experience with the Singapore Police, Prisons, or CNB, and must be comfortable working closely with students on disciplinary matters. The role requires strong IT skills, crisis management coordination, and valid first-aid certification. This position offers a critical role in supporting educational institutions while promoting a safe environment for youth.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience as ex-Singapore Police Force, Prisons or Central Narcotics Bureau Officer.
• At least 1 year experience in student case management.
• Experience in counselling is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute disciplinary issues with students.
• Work closely with students for discipline understanding.
• Coordinate crisis management operations.

Skills

Competent in Microsoft Office

Willing to learn other IT skills

Experience in case management

Ability to work with youth

Education

Valid standard first-aid certification

Relevant qualification in counselling (minimally para-counsellor)
