Job summary

A government trusted partner in Singapore is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to manage cloud infrastructure operations and development for the Central Accounts Management product. This role includes both operational responsibilities and development work with a focus on security compliance and application integration. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure management and security, as well as experience with identity and access management systems. Qualifications

• Strong background in cloud infrastructure management and security operations.
• Knowledge of cloud automation (e.g. Infrastructure as Code) is mandatory.
• Experience with identity and access management systems, particularly SCIM and API protocols.
• Knowledge of IM8 compliance requirements and audit processes.
• Proficiency in security risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Experience with cloud monitoring tools and vulnerability management.
• Strong analytical skills for reviewing security reports and logs.
• Knowledge on SailPoint or other IAM solutions is preferred.

We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to manage cloud infrastructure operations and development activities for the product called Central Accounts Management (CAM), with a focus on security compliance and application integration with agencies. This role involves operational responsibilities and development work, supporting agency applications and maintaining IM8 compliance standards.

Responsibilities

Operations

• Manage security controls and operations across cloud infrastructure environment.
• Review impact of IM8 clause changes on existing systems and operations.
• Identify potential infrastructure security risks and implement appropriate mitigations, including coordinating OS patching schedules.
• Approve infrastructure log reviews and analyse findings for security compliance.
• Review and approve CloudOne reports and vulnerability assessment reports.
• Follow up on audit requests for information (RFIs) and ensure timely resolution.

Development

• Manage agency application integration with CAM.
• Lead and manage the upgrade of the CAM software (SailPoint)
• Implement SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) protocols for various upcoming agencies application integrations.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation and technical assessments for IM8 audits and compliance reviews
• Ensure all IM8 compliance requirements are met through proper development practices
• Follow through on closure activities for any identified gaps or audit recommendations

Requirements

• Strong background in cloud infrastructure management and security operations
• Knowledge of cloud automation (e.g. Infrastructure as Code) - mandatory
• Experience with identity and access management systems, particularly SCIM and API protocols
• Knowledge of IM8 compliance requirements and audit processes
• Proficiency in security risk assessment and mitigation strategies
• Experience with cloud monitoring tools and vulnerability management
• Strong analytical skills for reviewing security reports and logs
• Knowledge on SailPoint or other IAM solutions - preferred
