About the job Call Centre / Customer Service Associate

About The Role

  • Book or reschedule appointments based on caller's requests.
  • Handle any other hotline administrative functions such as handling of emails, referral requests and emergency activations.
  • Engagement of residents and community partners to address enquiries about population health and services and initiatives and link up with the appropriate team / service where appropriate.
  • Support the navigation and provision of community based resources / services to support residents and caregivers to take charge of own health.
  • Conduct outbound nudges to encourage enrolment and participation in screening and vaccination.
  • Proactive team player to contribute to service improvement initiatives and projects and be part of implementation.

What We Are Looking For

  • Recognised Diploma in any disciplines.
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience in healthcare or service industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office, good planning and organization skills.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work on rotating shifts, including PHs and weekends.
