Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in drafting or BIM modeling for LTA projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks.
• Knowledge of Singapore BIM standards and LTA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Create 2D CAD drawings using AutoCAD/MicroStation.
• Develop 3D BIM models using Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks.
• Participate in Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) meetings.
• Ensure compliance with LTA and Singapore BIM standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on project design integration.
