Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Software Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade applications. This role is open to junior to senior candidates with 3 to 5 years of hands‑on development experience, offering exposure to business‑critical systems, production environments, and collaborative delivery teams.

You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable solutions while maintaining strong engineering and communication standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using C# .NET (3.5 and above), including WinForms, WPF, and ASP.NET
• Support and enhance enterprise applications used in production environments
• Participate in Level 3 production support, including troubleshooting and resolution of critical system issues
• Develop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and data logic
• Use GitHub or Git‑based version control platforms for source code management and collaboration
• Conduct code reviews and follow established development standards and best practices
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on release planning, testing, and deployment activities
• Develop reports using Microsoft SSRS and support data integration via SSIS where required
• Contribute to continuous improvement of application performance, stability, and development processes

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in software development
• Strong hands‑on experience with C# .NET and enterprise application development
• Good working knowledge of SQL Server, including queries and stored procedures
• Experience using GitHub or similar Git‑based version control tools
• Exposure to Java is an advantage
• Familiarity with modern front‑end frameworks such as Angular or React is a plus
• Experience with SSRS and SSIS is desirable
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, particularly in production support scenarios
• Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team environment
