What the day will look like

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Strategy Analyst to join our team. This position will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic decision-making by developing robust business cases, preparing executive-level presentations, and assisting in implementation and execution of variety of strategy-related projects & initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong business acumen, presentation skills and a proficiency in synthesizing complex data into actionable insights.

  • Develop comprehensive business cases for new initiatives, including financial modeling, market analysis, and risk assessment.
  • Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations and other as requested by Human Capital APAC Leaders.
  • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitors, new markets, and emerging opportunities to support strategic planning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Product to gather data and ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Execute and implement strategic projects/ initiatives, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and assist in post-implementation reviews.
  • Support the annual and long-range strategic planning processes through data analysis, scenario modeling, and development of strategic options.
  • Prepare briefing documents, executive summaries, and ad hoc analysis as required.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree a plus)
  • 3-5 years’ experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, or a similar analytical role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint (presentation development)
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
