Job description
Business Process Manager

In view of business expansion, our client is seeking a Business Process Manager. This will be a crucial role in helping the Company maintain its competitive edge, optimise new technological projects, and continue to deliver high-quality services.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and lead a steering committee focused on advancing operational excellence and attaining world-class standards.
  • Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the current operational state and develop projections for the desired future state at three-year and five-year intervals, utilising Lean methodology and Six Sigma process control techniques to guide this transformation.
  • Formulate a long-term strategy for digitalization, technology adoption, automation, and artificial intelligence implementation, guided by the established roadmap and assessment.
  • Lead, manage and facilitate the Lean initiatives/projects across the organisation from inception to implementation.
  • Perform critical analysis of existing company processes and procedures for potential cost, quality, safety, reliability, and process efficiency opportunities, with the goal of minimising or eliminating non-value-added activities identified.
  • Demonstrate the capability and flexibility to implement these measures as necessary, using cost-benefit analyses to prioritise initiatives based on their impact and feasibility.
  • Partner with C-suite executives, department heads, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment, facilitate a shift in mindset, and secure commitment to the strategic roadmap.
  • Collaborate with partners on cutting-edge technological innovation projects that improve operational efficiency or support new business growth.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
  • Min 10 years of experience in business management systems, process improvement and project management.
  • Proven experience in successfully executing large-scale projects.
  • Extensive experience implementing digital transformation initiatives integrating multiple IT systems across all business functions.
  • Experience in collaborating with and presenting to C-suite executives and boards of directors on company performance and actionable initiatives.
  • Strong ability to mentor and manage cross-functional project teams to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Experience analyzing business and operational processes for continuous improvement and quality improvement opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a demonstrated ability to collect meaningful data and make data driven decisions.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
