Skills and experience required

  • At least 6 years of experience in the insurance, financial institution, or financial advisory sector.
  • Proven experience in corporate strategy, business planning, performance management, or organizational transformation.
  • Tertiary qualification in Actuarial Science, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Economics, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven skills, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with senior management to drive strategic and business discussions.
